Earle Horton, III

Mr. Horton was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. After, attending Morehouse College where he earned his Bachelors of Arts in Political Science, Mr. Horton went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from the Howard University School of Law. He is a member of the bar in both the District of Columbia and Maryland.

Mr. Horton is one of the primary attorneys for Graves, Horton, Askew & Johns, LLC. He has expertise in multiple areas of the law, with a primary focus on finance, real estate, and regulatory matters. He has extensive experience in advising educational institutions; serving as counsel to several private and charter schools in the District of Columbia, providing support on all issues relating to the formation, operation, regulatory compliance, and financing of the schools and their facilities.

Mr. Horton is a Board Member of the DC Public Education Fund and the Metropolitan Community Development Corporation. Mr. Horton is a member of the DC Morehouse Alumni Chapter, Howard University Law School Alumni Chapter, American Bar Association, National Association of Bond Lawyers and American Collage of Bond Counsel.

He resides in Ward 3 of Washington, with his wife and their two children.
