We seek applicants for both full-time staff positions and unpaid internship positions. Full Time Positions
- Operations & Development Assistant: Reporting to the Executive Director, the Operations & Development Assistant will play a critical role in supporting general office management, financial tracking, and strategic fundraising initiatives. Summer Internship Positions
- Communications Associate: Reporting to the Senior Manager of Communications & Events, the Communications Associate will develop and execute a social media plan, work with a pro bono consulting team on a website audit and redesign, and support the messaging and social media strategy for DC Ed Fund’s large annual fundraising event—Standing Ovation for DC Teachers. - Development Associate: Reporting to the Program Manager, the Development Associate will conduct ongoing research on donor prospects, assist with database management, and provide administrative support to several current programs. - Special Events Associate: Reporting to the Senior Manager of Communications & Events, the Special Events Associate will support the post-event tasks from Art Night: Art Showcase and Auction, manage the outreach and marketing for the Kastles Classic, a celebrity tennis tournament that benefits DC Ed Fund, and support DC Ed Fund’s large annual fundraising event—Standing Ovation for DC Teachers—including invitation and sponsorship list, design and branding, and vendor management.
