Education Equality Day on May 16

Education Equality Project (EEP) is sponsoring Education Equality Day on May 16 at 10 a.m. on the White House Ellipse in Washington, DC to mark the 55th anniversary of Brown V. Board of Education and demand real equality in public education now. EEP is a national advocacy group founded by New York City Schools Chancellor Joel Klein and the Reverend Al Sharpton, with a focus on closing the achievement gap.
