The Education Fund serves as a fiscal sponsor on behalf of DC Public Schools for all private grants. In this role, we hold DCPS accountable for the successful implementation of funded projects; ensure that grant funds are spent according to grant guidelines; and negotiate contracts with third party partners and vendors.

The Education Fund is working currently with DC Public Schools to select third party vendors for the following initiative:

DC Public Schools Effective Teaching Video Project. The Education Fund has released a Request for Proposals (RFP) from filmmakers interested in supporting DCPS in creating a library of videos of effective teaching. Click here for a copy of the RFP.
