Our city's over 47,000 students and the thousands of teachers, principals, and support staff that comprise our 123 school communities need city-wide support—and we can help you and your organization get involved.

 

DC Public Education Fund facilitates support and can help you determine the perfect combination that aligns your goals with opportunities in DCPS. Learn more about how you can support reform efforts: 

 

  • Donate: We drive both philanthropic and individual giving for strategic initiatives in DCPS.
  • Partner: We manage corporate, philanthropic, and private partnerships that strengthen the city’s public schools.
  • Participate: We create opportunities to bring stakeholders together to celebrate, volunteer, and spread the word about the reform efforts in DCPS.  

 

In addition to donations, partnerships, and volunteering, we also invite you to join us for the third annual A Standing Ovation for DC Teachers. This annual event celebrates excellent educators in DCPS is a crucial component of the District’s effort to recruit, train, reward, and retain the most effective teaching force in the country.
